Richards Portable Toilets is a locally owned and operated portable restroom rental company based in Greenville, Michigan. We provide clean, dependable portable toilet rentals for construction sites, outdoor events, weddings, festivals, farm operations, and private gatherings throughout West Michigan. Our service area covers a 15-mile radius from Greenville, including communities across Montcalm, Kent, Ionia, and Mecosta Counties. Whether you need a single standard unit for a weekend backyard project or multiple handicap-accessible units for a large multi-day event, we have the equipment and experience to keep your site comfortable and sanitary.

This website was built to make renting portable toilets as simple as possible. Customers can get an instant quote, schedule a rental, and manage their booking entirely online from a phone or computer. An interactive availability calendar lets you pick your exact delivery and pickup dates, and our pricing calculator gives you a transparent estimate upfront with no hidden fees. For those unsure of what they need, our AI-powered Equipment Advisor asks a few questions about your event and recommends the right unit type and quantity based on industry standards.

Behind the scenes, a built-in CRM helps the Richards team track every request from initial quote to completed rental, ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. We built this platform to serve the hardworking contractors, event planners, farmers, and families of West Michigan with the same no-nonsense, reliable service that Richards Portable Toilets has always delivered. When you rent from us, you're working with a neighbor who shows up on time, keeps the units clean, and stands behind the service.
